Curved Heavy Benches
Oxford Botanic Gardens, Oxford

The Oxford Botanic Gardens commissioned a pair of Heavy Benches. 

The benches are solid oak, curved to fit in a new circular clearing in the woodland area. The benches are contemporary design, robustly constructed with traditional oak pegged joints.

The bench seats are at low heights to be accessible to children, and are for informal use by visitors or organised group activities.
